We are glad to give you usefull information. Virtual research service of National library of Russia was founded in 2004. We receive factographic requests and inquiries about availability of books in funds of our library. We also carry out theme requests that do not take serious bibliographic researches. For this aim we usually use both traditional paper and electronic bibliographic resources and also we use general internet resources. Usually requests are dedicated to the social-economic, medical-biological, humanitarian and technique problems. Average answer consists no more than 20 items of publications and direct links to the internet resources. As a rule requests are accomplished in one or two days as maximum after acceptance through the internet service.
