To Whom It May Concern,
I am Rachel Collier. I currently live in the United States of America. I am interested in studying the Firkovich B.19.A Codex, I want to translate the codex from Hebrew to English myself. Do I need any special credentials in order to work with the Firkovich B.19.A Codex? I am currently in college in order to do a translation of the Firkovich B.19.A Codex. I am prepared to take whatever classes necessary in order to do the translation. Can you give me detailed information related to what I need to obtain academically so that I may direct my course of study to fulfill any requirements necessary (PhD, Bachelors, etc). Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Rachel Collier
